We provide MEP modeling solutions to confirm design data and create accurate construction documentation for MEP projects. HVAC DESIGN and shop drawings SERVICES
We specialize in the simulated construction of 3D BIM models using a range of inputs including contract documents, specification sheets, design documents and equipment submittals. The final model is generated after resolving any clash by re-routing ductwork, changing elevations and duct re-sizing. Value Engineering and Design Validations are also offered. We produce a coordinated BIM model after carrying out clash detection among all the trades.

Equipment Plinth Layout, Shop Drawings & Quantity Take-Off
Equipment Plinth Layout needs to be accurately determined to ensure the proper installation of HVAC equipment.
Shop Drawings are created based on project standards and are useful to contractors, fabricators, suppliers and manufacturers during construction.
Quantity Take-Off reports can be formatted in MS Excel and exported to a database for detailed analysis.
